COMMODITY: Diesel fuel L-0.2-62, GOST 305-82 QUANTITY: 7, 000, 000 MT as Spot. ORIGIN: RUSSIAN. PAYMENT: IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, CONFIRMED, D/ LC or MT103 by AA grade Banks. PRICE: USD595 per MT FOB Rotterdam SELLERS PROCEDURES: 1. The buyer shall issue the ICPO ( with seller' s procedures) and BCL to the seller by Fax and Email. 2. The seller issues full corporate offer ( or wave to SPA) . 3. The buyer shall return confirmed and signed full corporate offer to the seller. 4. The seller shall issue draft SPA on firm terms and conditions to the buyer. 5. The buyer shall sign and return the Final SPA to the seller and NCNDA/ IMFPA. 6. The Seller shall to the buyer Partial POP copy ( SGS report, TR, dip test authorization letter) . 7. After successful verification, and within and not later than 3 banking days from partial POP receipt, the Buyer/ the Buyer' s bank shall issue MT103 or Irrevocable and transferable DL/ C to the favor of the seller. 8. The Seller/ the seller' s Bank swifts Full POP to the Buyer' s Bank. 9. The Delivery commenced according Delivery Schedule Confirmed and mutually agreed on by parties. 10. All banking charges including confirmation from the buyer’ s bank shall be borne by the buyer and all charges incurred by the seller at seller’ s bank shall be borne by the seller.
